Questions
Can I buy shipping labels in Pickadoodl?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect your own EasyPost account in Settings, enter a weight and box as you pack, and the Ship step shows rates for each order. International and customs forms, voiding labels, and multi-parcel orders are not supported yet.
Do I have to use it for shipping?
No. Shipping is optional and off until you connect EasyPost. If you already use ShipStation or another tool, pick and pack here and keep shipping there.
How much does Pickadoodl cost?
There is a genuinely free plan for up to 75 orders a month with the full pick, pack, and fulfill workflow. Standard is $10.99/month for up to 1,000 orders a month, and Pro is $19.99/month for unlimited orders, plus shipping labels. Plans are managed and billed through Shopify.
Can staff pick without a Shopify login?
Yes. Share a picker link for one batch and anyone can pick it from their own phone or tablet. Links expire automatically and can be revoked.
Do I need a barcode scanner?
No. Your phone's camera works from the Pick workspace. Handheld scanners and typing a SKU work too.
Can I fulfill orders from Pickadoodl?
Yes. Mark orders fulfilled the moment they are packed, without switching over to Shopify admin. Flagged orders are held out by default.
Can Pickadoodl handle returns?
Yes. Receive items back by scanning or searching, choose a reason, and restock the sellable units into Shopify with one click. It never restocks the same return twice. It does not generate return shipping labels.
Does it work with Shopify Flow?
Yes. Pickadoodl adds three triggers: Batch ready to pack, Exception raised, and Return received.
How is this different from other pick list apps?
Most apps are limited by Shopify's 50-order selection. Pickadoodl removes that limit, and keeps pick, pack, ship, and fulfill in one flow, with bin-sorted lists, scan-to-verify, notes, and reports built in.
